When is the property open?

Hotel Piccinelli is open only during summer, approximately from mid-May to the end of September.

How can I reach Hotel Piccinelli?

By car: the nearest highway exit is Rimini Sud, which is just 4 km away from our property.
By train: once outside the train station, you can take bus n ° 11 towards Riccione or bus n ° 18 Circolare Destra and get off at stop n ° 13. Otherwise, you can reach us on foot, in just 15 minutes, by taking the pedestrian path that crosses the municipal park.
By plane: from Rimini airport, you can take bus n ° 9 towards Santarcangelo or bus n ° 9A towards San Vito and get off at the train station.

At what time can I check-in? And check-out?

The check-in is from 12.30pm. The check-out is until 10.30am
Subject to availability, you may request a late check-out service for the day of departure (extra charges apply).

If I arrive before the check-in time, what can I do? What if I have to leave very early in the morning?

If you arrive before the check-in time, there’s no problem: you can get registered and store your luggage at our property. However, if the room is already ready, you can access it right away. In case you have to leave very early in the morning, there’s no problem as well: the evening before the day of departure you can inform our front desk staff about your departure time, in order to notify the staff on duty.

How and when should I pay?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners), debit card (PagoBancomat, Maestro), in cash or by check.
From 09.00am to 09.30pm you can turn to our front desk staff for payments.
We always recommend that you pay for your stay at least the day before your departure.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

Breakfast: from 07.45am to 10.00am
Lunch: from 01.00pm to 01.45pm
Dinner: from 7.45pm to 8.30pm

The times indicated refer to the entry time into the restaurant.

Can I go in and out of the hotel when I prefer?

Our property is always open, there are no time limits.
Our staff is available 24 hours a day, even during the night, for any need.

Is there a parking space?

Our guests have at their disposal both an outdoor parking space, next to the property, priced at € 8.00 per day, and a garage, in front of the property, priced at € 15.00 per day. Should you be sure to travel by car, we recommend that you reserve a parking space before your arrival, given the limited availability.

Do you have a partner beach resort?

For several years now, we have been collaborating with beach resort no. 37: the cost for 1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs is € 15.00 per day. If you’d like to book this service, we will inform the beach manager. Only for the All Inclusive rate, the beach service is already included in the price, so there is no need to book it in advance.
Supplements apply, to be paid directly to the beach manager, for umbrellas in the first rows.

Are pets allowed?

Of course, 4-legged guests are welcome! They can comfortably stay at no additional cost. We are also affiliated with various beach resorts equipped for your 4-legged friends.

How do you handle special dietary needs?

Although we do not have a kitchen dedicated to the preparation of special foods, on several occasions we have already organized gluten and lactose-free meals. Furthermore, we are always available to create a tailor-made menu based on the intolerances or needs of our guests.
We always recommend that you let us know about any intolerances or specific requests in advance in order to inform and adequately prepare the kitchen staff.

Is there a minibar in the room?

Our SUPERIOR rooms are all equipped for a minibar, which can be added on request free of charge. In our STANDARD rooms the minibar can be added on request and has a daily cost of € 4.00.

In our ECONOMY rooms, instead, the minibar cannot be added.

Is it possible to prepare baby food for little kids?

Of course, we are very attentive to the needs of our youngest guests: that’s why we also take care of preparing baby food and storing food or drinks in our refrigerators. In addition, we offer our guests with children flexible time slots for meals, allowing the little ones to have lunch or dinner at a time that best suits their needs.
