Below you will find in detail the new measures that we have adopted for the summer 2020:
During the booking phase, we will not ask for the payment of any deposit, in order to facilitate any cancellations. In addition, we guarantee greater flexibility with regards to cancellations themselves: it will be possible to cancel your booking up to three days before your arrival without the application of penalties.
Check-in and Check-out
To save you time and potential queues, we have decided to digitize the check-in: two days before your arrival you will receive a link (via email or Whatsapp) that will allow you to access a form to fill in with your data, so that, upon your arrival at the hotel, all you need to do is to show a valid ID and collect the room key.
For the check-out, a few days before your departure, we will agree together on the day and time for the payment, according to your preferences.
All our common areas (hall, elevator, hallways, stairs ..) will be carefully cleaned and sanitized several times a day, taking particular care of the most frequently touched objects (switches, handles, elevator buttons, handrails ..) . For us, cleaning has always been of fundamental importance: this is why we have equipped ourselves with the necessary tools, certified products and machinery, to ensure you have a peaceful stay.
In addition, you will find several hand sanitizer dispensers inside our property.
It is advisable to wear a mask when passing through the common areas and, in any case, to keep the safety distance of at least 1 meter from other guests.
The rooms will be adequately cleaned and sanitized daily before, during and after your stay. Particular attention will be paid to high-contact surfaces, such as switches, door and window handles, TV remote control, intercom. The air conditioning system will also be cleaned and sanitized periodically.
In addition, you can decide whether to suspend the daily room cleaning for the duration of your stay.
In our dining room you will find the tables adequately spaced. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be completely served at the table, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy our delights! We will always guarantee a quality service, wherever you want to taste our dishes, inside the dining room, in your room or on our patio. Take away service will also be available upon request.
From now on, our menu is digital! Every day you will receive a link on your smartphone, tablet or computer to access the menu of the next day, so you can comfortably fill it out on the beach, in your room in front of the TV or while having a drink at the bar.
Our staff has undergone an adequate training on security protocols and, as always, is at your complete disposal to transform your holidays into an unforgettable experience.
